Sunday School Promotion

Brianna loves getting to go to Sunday School. And why not? After all she gets to play with new toys, sing songs, color, and have snacks in there. She also thinks it's fun to get to dress up. This morning as we were putting her dress on she said, "It's Sunday!" (The only day she wears dresses, usually.) Today when we tried to drop Bree off at her classroom we got a big surprise though. We were told she's no longer in Room 5, the Kangaroo Room, (which is a toddler nursery), but that she's now in Room 9, the Dolphin Room, where they actually do more Sunday School type things. It didn't matter to her though. I was a little worried she might be tentative to be going to a new classroom. Alas no, she jumped from foot to foot impatiently while I signed her in and then ran in happily, without a second glance backwards. After the service, Travis and I went back down to pick her up where the teachers assured us she was a very good girl. "So, Bree," we asked her, "What did you do in Sunday School today? Did you sing?" "Yep," she said. "What did you sing?" we asked. She thought a minute and said, "Sing, Jesus!" I guess she was paying attention in there...that's the first time we've heard her say that! :)
