Bree Takes a Trip Down Memory Lane

Yesterday Brianna found the scrapbook I made of her first year. She was completely enthralled with it. She was turning the pages and pointing out her daddy and going "Look, there's 'Ranna (Brianna)! There's me! There's Daddy!" The pictures that got her most excited though were the ones with her and Bogart. It's no secret she's just in love with our cat but actually Bogart likes her pretty darn well too. (Which is somewhat surprising considering that she chases him around like crazy and has used him as a living trampoline in the past...) Well, Bree looked at her scrapbook for quite awhile. I was amused and thought that was that. I didn't realize how much she liked it until this morning when she was frantically looking in the spot she'd found the scrapbook yesterday. "Mom,where's my big book?" she asked me, "I can't see it everywhere!" (She meant anywhere of course.) So, I handed it to her and she spent a long time pawing through it again...I suppose mourning the loss of her youth. :)
